Once again 2NDGO is taking on Ragnar New England! This epic road race takes runners on an epic run through CT, RI and MA. We are offering several complimentary registrations to veterans and first responders. If interested in applying for a waived registration fee, please email Paul (p.laedke@2ndgo.org) a short 45-60 minute video focused on what running means or will mean to you. We will use these clips on social media. Not a veteran or first responder? That's not a problem! Community consists of everyone and our mission is to create a community that outlasts deployment, service commitments and address changes! Come out and have an incredible experience with our teams!

IronHike Endurance

2NDGO is once again the partner charity for IronHike's spring event at Mohawk Mountain! Join the IronHike Endurance Series on June 1st and take on 1 of 5 events that weekend. This one-of-a-kind event blends hiking, trail running, camping, and extreme endurance in a single or multi-day format. You can pick from 5 events, each with different distances, elevations, and time limits! The IronHike Endurance Series will take place at Mohawk Mountain Ski Area, located in Cornwall, CT. It's You Vs Your Alarm! Join us for driveway gym (most Saturdays) throughout the year as we work through blocks of various physical training. HIIT training, circuit workouts, and short and long runs. Free for veterans and first responders.

2NDGO - Group Workouts at Strongtown Fitness

Join 2NDGO in a W.O.D. at Strongtown Fit of Southbury! Located conveniently off of X16 (I84). There is a drop in fee of $10. Please communicate with Paul NLT Wednesday of each week if you plan to attend on Sunday (p.laedke@2ndgo.org). Workouts are modifiable for all levels of fitness.
